Identified legal issues and compliance risks to advise the proposal team, conducting quick, organized legal assessments to ensure regulatory compliance. Created and maintained confidentiality lists to prevent the unintended release of sensitive public information. ▪Analyzed 100s of solicitations by researching public access laws and ensuring proper identification of confidential commercial or trade secret information in government proposals. ▪Implemented new document management system and spearheaded efforts to identify unmet needs and enhance the firm’s ability to manage historical and confidential documentation. ▪Served as a “Digital Librarian,” improving system efficiency and accessibility and reducing inefficiencies in document retrieval. ▪Streamlined proposal-related compliance and pre-bid tasks, enabling legal counsel to focus on contract/subcontract negotiations. ▪Partnered with the Chief Legal Officer and 2 attorneys as a trusted advisor, offering recommendations and legal expertise to improve operational processes, maintain strong collaborative relationships, and solve complex legal problems.
