I am an HR Business Partner with experience in both startup and corporate environments. I support organizations in building and scaling their teams - from end-to-end recruitment to People Operations and HR administration.
I design and optimize recruitment processes, implement People Ops solutions, support managers in their day-to-day leadership challenges, and ensure operational HR foundations are structured and effective. I’m comfortable working in fast-paced environments where strategic thinking needs to translate into practical execution.
