The different roles and projects developed throughout my professional career at PwC since I joined in 1990 and as a Partner from 2004 to 2025, have allowed me to develop skills and competencies such as leadership and team management, global vision, management by consensus, the ability to influence, resilience, empathy or determination, as well as integrity, professional ethics, rigor, skepticism and independence. Managing in international environments, with different countries, I have acquired differential capabilities, in environments of geographical and cultural diversity, in addition to allowing me extensive knowledge of Europe, Latin America, North America and Asia. The energy and industrial sectors, where I have developed practically my entire career, have given me a global vision of the industry and the great challenges of companies and the continuous need to adapt to change.
