About Me

I’m a Strategic Human Resource leader who partners with executive teams to transform global organizations through people-first strategy, data-driven insights, and cultural innovation. With an M.S. in Human Capital Development and certifications in SHRM-CP and DEI, I specialize in embedding equity across the entire employee lifecycle, from inclusive talent acquisition and leadership development to policy redesign and impact measurement.
