- Responsible for the online and offline RON liquidity for TBI Bank’s Bucharest branch, sourcing RON 240 million over two months in retail deposits; - Managed a team of two deputy managers, with a total of 7 FTEs within the department

- Setup and managed end-to-end the fundraising process for the organization’s educational programs; - Generated and contacted over 300 new potential leads from top local and multinational companies present in Romania and actively involved in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives related to entrepreneurial, financial and work force readiness education; - Won 6 new multinational corporate sponsors coming from BPO, Industrials, Retail, Technology, FMCG and Services sectors; - Oversaw the fundraising activities of two Program Managers located in Timisoara and Cluj-Napoca and arranged meetings for them as well as identified new leads; - Reported to the non-governmental organisation’s Chief Executive Officer;
