I am a senior HR executive and management consultant who partners with founders, CEOs, and boards during moments that matter, growth, transformation, funding, integration, or reset. My work is grounded in operating experience inside large, complex global organizations and venture backed environments.
I have led HR for a 7,000 plus employee Center of Excellence and served as HRBP Lead to a 1,500 person Global Specialty Sales organization with a $6B P&L following the Dell EMC merger. My scope has included organization design, revenue aligned workforce planning, executive hiring, performance rigor, compensation harmonization, and post merger integration across North America and globally.
In earlier stage and venture funded settings, I have stepped in to stabilize and professionalize Talent functions, align headcount with financial models, strengthen leadership cadence, and prepare teams for investor scrutiny. I am comfortable building from scratch, fixing what is not working, or scaling what is.
Based in Boston, I operate across North America and internationally, bringing a pragmatic, hands on approach that links people decisions directly to business outcomes.
