About Me

I have worked within People & Culture/HR and similar areas for almost my entire professional career, building solid and broad competence over the years. I thrive in and fit well into organizations with a growth agenda, where I can work closely with business and company goals, and where the people make the company flourish. For the past eight years, I have been responsible for building and developing the People & Culture function at Kleer, a Swedish SaaS and consulting company that during this time has grown from 50 to 220 employees. Throughout these eight years, I have been part of the management team, reporting to the CEO, and together with my People & Culture team, I have had a strong mandate to build the setup of People & Culture, establish processes that supports the business agenda, implementing and refining HR tech stack, creating culture driven activities and ways of working in regards to leadership and people life cycles. My role has been broad, both strategic and operational, with company responsibility for recruitment/TA, onboarding, employee development, leadership development, leadership support/business partner, HR tech stack, CSR/sustainability initiatives and of course building up and shaping the People & Culture team. I am driven by being close to the business, understanding what makes the company successful, and from that creating structures, ways of working, and relationships that move people in the organization in the right direction. Working closely with managers, helping them drive a successful people agenda, both from a strategic perspective and from an every-day-support perspective, lies close to my heart.

Participated in building Tieto Sweden’s in-house recruitment function from the ground up, including structure creation, internal competence development, and close collaboration with managers.
