Built and developed the P&C function during a period of growth from 50 to 220 employees. Responsible for TA/recruitment, employer branding, onboarding structure, employee development/internal academy, leadership development, manager support, procurement/implementation and improvement of the HR tech stack, driving initiatives to strengthen and manage our culture and values, CSR initiatives, and office management. HR Business Partner to Engineering, Product, Sales and Marketing departments Driving business-oriented HR and ensuring the People & Culture team supports the company’s business goals. Currently working a lot with the internal AI agenda to inspire employees, build competence, and create better conditions for the company to accelerate with the help of AI.
Responsible for strategic and operational recruitment as well as employer branding for some of the company's major business areas. Participated in building Tieto Sweden’s in-house recruitment function from the ground up, including structure creation, internal competence development, and close collaboration with managers. Responsible for the implementation of the recruitment module in Workday and acted as Swedish expert during and after the project.
