Project: Decommission of Privacera from 1.0 to 3.0 and migrating it to Plain ID basis on the need of all applications - $ 5,000,000 budget - The goal of this project was to sunset legacy implementations of Privacera (v1.0 to v3.0), which had become fragmented and limited in managing access controls across a growing application landscape. Project: Decommissioning of SynthGuardians and migration to Safe Breach - $1,000,000 budget - To decommission the SynthGuardians security simulation platform and transition to Safe Breach in order to enhance cyber security posture, enable continuous breach and attack simulation (BAS), and align with the organization's evolving threat detection and risk management strategies across all critical environments. So that polling for political system can be created for voting registration using Devops, enterprise analytical platform to store all data, geo spatial services for address and reference code databases. EC on boards other domain such as Elector and Political Entity and Analytics using power platform, Data verse, Portals and CSM. 2. Project: Developed Custom reporting and analytics (Peoplesoft) – Elections Canada $ 400,000 budget The client wanted to develop custom reports and dashboards for better decision making by using data visualization tools, ad-hoc reporting capabilities and Integration with BI tools using PeopleSoft HCM, MS dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Platform and PSM. 3. Project: Development and testing of a secure online voting platform – Elections Canada $ 700,000 budget To explore the feasibility of digital voting options and increase accessibility for voters by collaborating with cyber security experts for platform security and to enhance Stakeholders communication to educate voters about the pilot and GSR. 4. Project: - Moving VM’s from traditional system to ZEPHYR Virtualization tool – Morgan Stanley The client moved VM’s from traditional system to Zephyr virtualization tool by using Kubernetes, Jira, database migration, .net, AWS.
