About Me

For most of my career, I’ve sat at the intersection of leadership, learning, and organizational strategy asking a simple question, how do we prepare senior leaders who can both care deeply about people and rigorously move the metrics that matter? And by intentionally working in diverse organizations, and corporate environments, I realized that by combining strategic foresight, operational excellence, and people-centered leadership we might be able to prepare leaders lead with empathy at the same time move the needle on tangible outcomes. For me, A consistent theme for me has been stepping into organizations during times of change, helping executives clarify the capabilities and behaviors they need most, refocusing their attention to building leadership pipeline, overhauling performance system and creating a culture of coaching and feedback.
