I’m passionate about helping small and mid-sized companies building a strong HR foundation for their businesses to succeed. In my mind, working in start-ups or scale-ups is more than just work, it’s a mission: People with the same vision, purpose and drive are coming together and that’s what’s making it special. In my 11 years of HR experience, I’m combining the best of all worlds: enterprise, scale-up and start-up when it comes to structure and process building, while remaining agile and keeping the human at the centre of it all.
