About Me

I am an international business leader and Learning & Development (L&D) expert with over 25 years of experience driving growth and cultural transformation for global organizations like Google. During my 12-year tenure at Google, I launched YouTube in Belgium and later served as the L&D Lead for Northern Europe, where I spearheaded cultural change programs across six countries.As a Certified High Flow Coach through the Flow Research Collective, I am on a mission to help people thrive at work. I am the founder of Balloonz an Makai, a corporate training company specializing in peak performance, personal leadership, and evidence-based well-being programs. In early 2025, he co-founded Makai to address the corporate AI knowledge gap, delivering training on the responsible and competent application of AI in daily workflows.I am a multilingual communicator (English, Dutch, and French) and a lifelong learner.
