I’ve worked with organisations including DEKRA, Netex Learning (UK), Radnor Consulting, Integrated Learning Solutions, and CBTeam. My work focuses on designing corporate training and digital learning for enterprise and regulated environments. Projects have included compliance training, systems training, and professional development programmes. I design instructor-led materials, digital learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and scenario-based learning activities. Much of my work involves converting instructor-led programmes into blended or digital learning and building interactive simulations for enterprise platforms. I collaborate directly with subject matter experts and client stakeholders to clarify requirements, refine content, and deliver learning solutions aligned to programme objectives. All work is delivered remotely through B2B consulting engagements.

I designed and maintained learning pathways within Degreed and developed digital learning and performance support solutions. I also mentored junior designers and contributed to internal learning standards and best practices.

I designed interactive eLearning and simulations for compliance and onboarding programmes and supported the instructional design team through mentoring and collaboration.
