I have around five years of experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition, where I worked closely with developers, clients, and technical teams across Python, Cloud, and DevOps domains. My experience includes candidate sourcing, technical screening, database management, and coordinating hiring processes. Alongside my professional experience, I am developing skills in Python, SQL, and data analysis.
