Fabiano

Senior Business & Commercial Strategy Executive | VP & Director | P&L · Go-to-Market · Product

About Me

Fabiano Vivori is a senior international executive with 20+ years of VP and Director-level experience across Sony, Philips Lighting / Signify, Tenneco, TVH Parts, and IMEC, consistently operating at the intersection of commercial strategy, product leadership, and full P&L ownership. Through FAB Consulting, he works with scaling companies as a fractional executive and strategic advisor: diagnosing where commercial and customer-facing functions break down, designing operating models that stick, and leading implementation alongside the existing team. His work spans go-to-market strategy, customer journey design, marketing organisation restructuring, and revenue expansion frameworks across B2B and B2C environments. He has built and restructured commercial teams across Europe and globally, managed strategic partnerships with companies including Google, Amazon, and major retail groups, and acted as Acting CEO for an IMEC spin-off from first customer to incorporation. He holds executive certifications from MIT Sloan, London Business School, and Cambridge Judge Business School. Based in Antwerp, Belgium. Available for full time assignments, but also fractional, project-based, and advisory mandates.
