- Managed a team of 20 recruiters including a TA lead hiring in more than 20 countries. - Contributed to around 2000 hires, also directly made several executive hires. -Designed and executed a global interviewer training program, ensuring consistent hiring standards and upskilling hiring teams company-wide (more than 600 interviewers trained across more than 20 countries through my full-day workshops) -Decreased time to hire, increased offer acceptance rate to >90% and increased conversion rates between each interview stage.
