About Me

I have mostly worked in senior leadership roles in global Tech companies that were scaling fast. Previously Head of Talent Acquisition at Wolt (DoorDash), I managed teams hiring in 25+ countries and made several executive hires myself. I also designed and rolled out a global interviewer training program and set up recruitment processes from scratch and been very involved in developing an attractive Employer Brand through various campaigns. I also have experience recruiting for small startups that are scaling from less than 100 to 200+ where I had to build talent infrastructure while hiring. Although I've covered all types of roles (tech and non-tech), my expertise is mostly in GTM hiring and I personally specialize in making Executive hires.
