About Me

I work with CEOs, founders, and investors of mid-sized companies who need their finance organization to move from administrative to strategic. My focus is on finance restructuring, governance and compliance, decision-quality on investments, and building a sustainable finance talent pipeline. I typically support companies on a fractional basis for 6–18 months, bringing the experience of a multinational finance leader without the cost or rigidity of a full-time role.
