About Me

I help leaders navigate change, complexity, and uncertainty with clarity, inner comfort, and a way of working that is both effective and sustainable. Many of my clients are in transition: expanding their roles and teams, moving across countries, or redefining how they work and lead. I support them in building a tailored path that is both effective and healthy - in terms of results and their experience of the process. My background combines corporate experience at Nestlé with 3000+ hours of coaching, supervision, mentoring, and emotional intelligence practice. I have worked with leaders of educational organisations and diverse international businesses, as well as in Learning & Development environments. I am a PCC-level coach accredited by International Coaching Federation, as well as a supervisor and mentor. My approach is systemic and practical: we look at the whole system - thinking patterns, relationships, communication, and context - and translate insights into shifts in behaviour and decision-making. I also integrate a range of engagement practices, including coaching-based facilitation and transformational game formats aligned with ICF standards, to support deeper reflection and lasting change.
