The true measure for my success is to look back on revived teams that are now “low maintenance” and are able to run their own show delivering great product value to Customers. My next career step will be to move even more towards my core strengths of coaching and leading strong diverse technology driven teams within the company strategy and tactics, since this has proven to be the enabling steppingstone for growth and people feeling proud to be part of this.
