About Me

Hi, I'm Nicole. I get genuinely excited about understanding things. How a product works, who it's actually for, what the competition is doing, why a piece of content is performing (or isn't). That curiosity is probably what's moved me across content, communications, SEO, ops, and project management over the last 8 years. I've worked across a pretty wide range of industries: B2B SaaS, e-commerce, digital assets, equestrian lifestyle, tech startups. Which sounds scattered until you realise the skill was never the industry knowledge. It was always the ability to get up to speed fast, ask the right questions, and build something that actually works for the people on the other end. Some things I'm proud of: five years growing a B2B/C stock media platform, a LinkedIn rebuild for a VR tech company that hit 48% more impressions and doubled followers in two months, content ops work across B2C e-commerce brands that needed structure as much as creativity, and my time with Career Club DK where I've worn about five hats at once: board member, social media manager, event crew for our annual Women Empowerment Summit (150+ guests, 20 speakers), mentor, and WingWoman for members navigating their careers. I ask sharp questions. I connect dots fast. I build systems that don't fall apart when I'm not in the room. And I care about the work and my team in a way that tends to be contagious. ❤️ I'm open to roles where those skills are useful: content and brand strategy, marketing ops, project and process management, social media, CMS ownership, digital communications. Basically, if there's a complex thing that needs to become a clear, well-run thing, that's my zone.
