About Me

I have been working in international environments for over 20 years, primarily in the field of Human Resources. Throughout my career, I have held positions as an HR Generalist and HR Business Partner, and I have also successfully proven myself as a CI Leader and Project Manager. My experience spans strategic HR support, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration. I am now seeking a role where I can leverage my extensive HR background to contribute to the growth and development of both a team and the wider organization. While I am aware that entering the HR field in Germany without German language proficiency can be challenging, I am confident that my long-standing experience in multicultural environments and my strong command of English enable me to perform effectively in diverse and dynamic settings.
