As Process Integration Engineer I led yield improvement initiatives of MEMS, discretes and high-power silicon technologies, using data analysis, root cause investigation, and process simulation tools. Achieved 6Sigma Green Belt for front-side metallization improvements. As a project manager, I led technology and product development projects of high-power semiconductors (Si/SiC) for industrial and automotive applications, including innovative diffusion soldering and ML-driven process optimization. Managed strategy, stakeholders, risks, and cross-cultural teams; introduced change management and earned IPMA-C certification.
