About Me

I help founders and operators enter new markets in Asia and the West - specifically China, Southeast Asia, UK, EU, and Canada. My career combines two tracks: building ventures and advising others. I've founded five businesses across consumer goods (Oxus Gin), Web3 fintech (Crowd-Up), events (UniEvents), and market entry strategy (VentureScope & Chiltern Trading), giving me firsthand experience of what actually works when taking products across borders. Ten years in Web3 have added deep insight into crypto, blockchain, and regulatory compliance across EMEA and APAC. Currently, I'm a General Partner at Brain-Too-Free Ventures, a MAS-licensed fund investing across Energy, Fintech, and Enterprise in Southeast Asia. I focus on identifying and supporting founders making the cross-border leap. Separately, I run VentureScope, providing market-entry consulting for tech businesses entering Asia via Singapore and Asian consumer brands entering Western markets.
