Pipeline & forecast management: Make pipeline a management tool (not a report) through stage definitions, entry/exit criteria, deal hygiene, and a strong cadence. I use conversion rates and stage velocity to improve forecast accuracy and focus effort on the deals that matter. Value creation & messaging: Move from product talk to customer outcomes by sharpening value propositions and segment plays, grounded in customer pains/gains. I translate complex offerings into simple stories, proof points, and value drivers that support stronger sales conversations and healthier pricing. Sales enablement & adoption: Build sales plays, talk tracks, discovery guides, objection handling, and practical tools (one-pagers, battlecards, account plans). I drive adoption through leader coaching and consistent use in pipeline reviews and 1:1s. KPI-driven execution: Choose a small set of KPIs that change behaviour and set up simple visual reporting and PDCA-style improvement loops to close gaps fast and build accountability. Strategic / large accounts: Roll out key account ways of working with shared targets, account planning, meeting structure, and aligned Sales + Marketing support (incl. ABM when relevant).
