Responsible for total 24 vessels (12 Product/Chemical Tankers 40-50.000 dwt, 7 Crude/oil Tanker 105-160.000dwt and 5 LPG fully pressurized 5-7.000m3). • Overseeing all technical aspects of the fleet's operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance, to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance of the assigned vessels. • Planning, supervision, and execution of all maintenance activities, major repairs, and drydocking projects for the vessels, coordinating with chief engineers, internal teams, and external service providers/shipyards. • Ensuring that all vessels comply with national and international maritime regulations, such as the ISM Code, MARPOL, SOLAS, and the requirements of flag states and classification societies for to be in line with company objectives and industry standards. • Monitoring vessel performance metrics, fuel efficiency, and machinery performance (e.g., M/E, D/G) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. • Supporting the development and monitoring of the annual technical and operational budgets for the fleet, ensuring cost-effectiveness in procurement of spare parts, supplies, and services without compromising safety or quality. • Participating in and overseeing regular vessel inspections, internal audits, and preparing vessels for external vetting inspections (e.g., vetting for tankers/LPGs), classification surveys, and port state controls. • Providing technical guidance and support to Office Staff (Fleet Tech. Managers and Tech.
