I was recruited in Sitecore to build a centralized global HR Operations team responsible for employee life-cycle support, HR compliance and benefits management and administration. Major accomplishments: - Standardized all HR administration processes - Enhanced the company HR compliance as evidenced by no HR-related qualifications in three consecutive SOC2 and ISO audits - Simplified HR processes to elevate employee experience - Built strong cross-departmental partnerships and processes - Designed and rolled out an engagement program for remote employees - Led the process and cultural alignment with a large outsourcing partner
During this period, I continued growing the team both in size and in scope and was a leader in the continued HR transformation efforts within the company.
I was responsible for three global HRSS functions which expanded to 87 employees in the course of my employment with PPD: o HR Service Center – providing global HR, Payroll and Time and Absence Tier 1 support to over 25, 000 employees o Global HR Operations – 5 teams across 12 countries providing full employee lifecycle HR and Benefit administration support o HR Content Management – maintain and develop all employee-facing HR content with the aim to increase the adoption of self-service and enhance employee experience Major accomplishments: - Designed, built and launched a brand new HR Service Center function with the HRSS organization - Implemented ServiceNow HR Case Management, Employee Portal and Document Management - Expanded the Global HR Operations and standardized all HR admin processes across 45 countries - Created an HR content management team and managed all HR content for the company - Maintained over 95% CSAT and over 90 % SLA for all functions under my purview - Was a driving force in the implementation of the new HR Operating model for PPD - Co-led a global furlough program during the COVID pandemic which was acknowledged and presented to the Bulgarian HR Association
Responsible for the set up and operations of a HR Services center providing HR administration services to the Sutherland EMEA locations. SME and project member in multiple global and regional HR projects. Grow and develop the portfolio of services of the Sofia based Global HR Services center to include specialized support to over 40 000 employees in areas such as Global Mobility, Compensation, Talent Management. Leads process design and implementation in various HR transformation projects. Responsible for all new services and migrations for the global team.
