About Me

Karin has more than 25 years commercial leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology industries, spanning global, regional and country roles. She has held various senior management positions for MNC’s such as Eli Lilly, Medtronic, Fresenius Medical Care, Baxter and Becton Dickinson (BD). Karin’s business experiences include Strategy Development & Implementation, Sales & Marketing Management, Business & People Development, Organizational Transformations and Mergers & Acquisitions. She currently offers fractional Chief Marketing Officer services globally. Karin has an MBA from London Business School, a Ph.D. in Genetic Engineering (King’s College, London) & recently completed the Financial Times Non-Executive Director (NED) diploma.
