Marketing Strategy: leading the 3-year marketing strategy planning process, strongly aligned with country implementation plans to drive profitable revenue growth (P+L ownership). Provided leadership on all marketing-related aspects for the region. Ensure strong & effective operational links with the Country Business Leaders, the Country Marketing teams and the Global leaders of the Business Unit. Strong collaboration with regulatory, medical & market access teams to translate value into actionable marketing activities. Digital Transformation: formulating new agile, digital processes to increase customer lead generation, nurturing & conversion, with KPI tracking & positively impacting marketing ROI. Co-leading internal digital transformation initiatives to develop marketing insights tools & marketing automation processes. Targeted stakeholders include medical professionals for medical devices (incl. intensive care / ICUs), patients / consumers for home therapies and providers / payors for new digital Health-Tech solutions. Stakeholder Engagement: omni-channel campaign (digital & on-digital) planning & delivery to drive customer engagement, opinion leader development for regional peer-to-peer education initiatives & to uncover hidden customers’ needs for future emerging market R&D projects. Within two years built a digital database of 10,000 leads / customers. Organizational Transformation: reorganized the roles & responsibilities of the Marketing function to what is today recognized as a high performing team, acknowledged by country sale organizations as a value-adding business partner.
