About Me

I'm a senior HR leader with 18 years building people strategy in complex organizations, and I help diagnose and solve the culture problems that get in the way of performance. I've led EDI strategies that moved organizations from checkboxes to culture, implemented psychological safety frameworks that worked for large organizations, and coached leaders through the conversations and mindset shifts that create high performing cultures. I believe culture problems usually show up as disengagement, conflict, turnover, or missed talent, and the fix is building conditions where everyone can do their best work. I'm now taking that expertise directly to companies ready to build cultures that actually align with their purpose.

Strategic Advisory: Acted as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee and Deputy Minister on all people matters, culture risk, and organizational design. ● AI and Data-Driven Insights: Conducted primary research through salary information, focus groups and surveys, using AI to analyze data. Results informed business cases and development of a leadership framework and an equity, diversity and inclusion action plan. ● Leadership Framework: Diagnosed gaps between executive expectations and employee experiences, secured executive buy-in for a leadership framework, and led the design of a comprehensive framework being embedded across the ministry. ● EDI & Governance: Established and implemented the ministry's first formal EDI governance framework and action plan with defined executive accountabilities and measurable outcomes.
