Elena Litvinova is a Talent Acquisition Lead at LifeSciences Consultants (LSC), where she oversees international recruitment strategy across Europe, the US, and India. With extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment within the life sciences and healthcare consulting industry, she specializes in talent sourcing, employer branding, workforce planning, and recruitment process optimization. Since joining LSC in 2015, Elena has played a key role in scaling international hiring operations, introducing ATS and recruitment technologies, strengthening university partnerships, and improving hiring efficiency. Alongside her recruitment career, Elena has worked as an accredited technical translator for legal and corporate clients, specializing in Russian–Italian translations. Earlier in her career, she served at the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Italy in Bishkek, supporting diplomatic and institutional activities. Elena holds a Master’s degree in Language Sciences from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, graduating summa cum laude.
