As Group CFO at Circularo, I shape the financial strategy and processes that drive our scale-up journey. Palaxo Group focuses on B2B SaaS business providing e-signature solution to enterprise clients across the Middle East. My role is to ensure financial stability, growth, and efficiency across our international group.
Executing financial strategy, investment planning, and building financial processes from the ground up, with the goal of preparing the company for transformation and scaling from B2B to B2C.
Focus on e-travel companies in Rockaway portfolio. Invia Group is active in two market segments, i.e. OTA for packaged travel with own production capabilities and OTA for flights. Invia Group operates in three regions CEE, DACH and Poland and 7 countries in total. Building financial processes: ◦ Group management accounts reporting & group monthly performance analyses, implementation of unified reporting system across Invia Group, reporting deadlines/schedules, audit procedures, complex reporting to the bank and shareholders, transfer pricing, group cash flow. ◦ Co-operation with Group CFO and local CFOs/controllers/accountants
Focus on private investments undertaken by Jakub Havrlant in the areas of e-commerce, e-travel, media, fintech and blockchain with operations in DACH, CEE and Balkans regions. The firms under Rockaway’s management achieved aggregated sales of more than EUR 2.5 billion in 2019 and employ more than five thousand people in 17 European countries. Main responsibilities: ◦ Monitoring and evaluating the financial health of portfolio companies ◦ Tracking and monitoring results for the whole group - i.e. group management accounts and other financial reports ◦ Participation in year-end audits and group consolidation ◦ Assistance with DD procedures ◦ In charge of bank reporting and communication with banks ◦ Participation in BoD meetings ◦ Organization of events for finance teams ◦ Tight co-operation with finance teams and CEOs in portfolio companies, intragroup lawyers, investment partners as well as with external partners (auditors, consolidators, evaluators, banks) on a day-to-day basis
