About Me

I am currently Sales Director at Sec1, an AI-based IT security company, where I hold full responsibility for revenue, pipeline management, and deal execution. I lead pre-sales and sales activities end-to-end, working closely with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions, manage commercial risk, and ensure a smooth transition from contract to delivery. Throughout my career, I have operated in roles requiring structured qualification, disciplined pipeline governance, and senior-level stakeholder management. I combine a hands-on sales approach with a strong focus on scalability, governance, and execution— particularly in complex, technology-driven environments where alignment between sales, delivery, and long-term customer value is critical. Previously, as CEO and Sales Director of RA Hospitality, I scaled the business from €6M to €55M in revenue, expanded operations across multiple international markets, and personally managed the company’s most strategic enterprise customers. This experience has shaped my ability to balance growth ambition with pricing discipline, delivery capability, and long-term profitability. Originally from Stockholm and now based in Lisbon, I bring a pragmatic, structured, and people-oriented leadership style.
