About Me
I help organizations, executives, and functional leaders prepare for, manage, and communicate through their most challenging moments, protecting their reputation when it matters most.
I led the preparedness of the Communications and Media Relations function at Fondazione Milano Cortina, where I anticipated and managed response strategies during sensitive situations while coordinating external PR agencies in support of the overall media strategy.
I shared my perspective on crisis and complexity on the TEDx stage with my talk, "The Safe Space."
For more than 9 years, I have worked at the intersection of institutional and corporate communication, crisis management and business continuity, reputation management, and complexity management. I advise companies, organizations, and leaders across Italy and France in a wide range of sectors - including transportation, energy, banking and insurance, healthcare, agrifood, chemicals, and the non-profit sector. I design governance systems for issues and crisis management, develop decision-support tools and business continuity plans, deliver crisis simulations, media training, and executive education for crisis teams and spokespersons, and support executives and boards in high-uncertainty decision-making.
I am regularly invited to lecture at universities and executive master's programs, including the Universities of Padua, Perugia, Verona, Vita-Salute San Raffaele, G. d'Annunzio University of Chieti-Pescara, and the Executive Master's in Complexity Management. In 2026, I delivered a specialized training program on risk communication for the communications managers of the Italian Ministry of Health (ProMIS programme). I have also contributed articles to Italian and international publications, including Crisis Response Journal (UK) and Magazine de la Communication de Crise et Sensible (France).
My interest in this field began while living in Brussels during the hours leading up to the terrorist attacks of March 22, 2016—an experience that showed me how preparation, clarity, and context can make all the difference when facing uncertainty. I studied communication in Padua, Brussels, Turin, and Grenoble, and I hold an Executive Master's in Complexity Management, which has shaped my approach to working with organizations and complex systems.
If you'd like to assess whether you or your organization are ready to navigate turbulent situations - or if you're looking for support to anticipate or manage sensitive moments - I'd be happy to help.
