Full responsible with the Segment Organization and full P&L responsible for Construction Chemicals. • ▸ Led the newly created Construction Chemicals Segment integrating Specialty Construction Chemicals (cement additives, concrete admixtures), Specialty Construction Solutions (infrastructure materials), and Building Finishing Solutions (mortars, renders, paints). • ▸ Oversaw a portfolio of major brands: Chryso, Weber, Duraziv, GCP, and Fosroc. • ▸ Managed a business of €62M revenue with a >10% Operational Profit target. • ▸ Held full P&L responsibility; led Commercial, Marketing, Infrastructure Sales, Industrial Operations, and Technical & R&D functions.
