About Me

Many organizations have a gap between what leaders believe is happening and what employees are actually experiencing. I've spent my career closing that gap by helping leadership teams understand what is really happening inside their organizations and then building the systems, behaviors, and operating models needed to improve performance. As a People executive and advisor, I've worked across startups, high growth technology companies, venture backed organizations, and institutional investment platforms. My experience includes serving as Vice President of People Experience at Generate Capital, advising more than 100 portfolio companies at Insight Partners, and supporting large scale growth and transformation initiatives at Meta, Robinhood, and Deloitte. Today, my focus is helping organizations navigate growth, organizational change, leadership effectiveness, workforce strategy, and the human side of AI adoption.
