Throughout my career, I've been drawn to one question: what helps people and organizations perform at their best? I've had the opportunity to explore that question from several perspectives—as an engineer, executive advisor , Vice President of People & Talent for a global technology company, and as a Chief of Staff. Across each role, my work has centred on translating strategy into action, developing leaders, and helping teams navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. One theme has remained constant: exceptional technical expertise doesn't automatically prepare someone to lead. The transition from specialist to leader often requires an entirely new set of skills—building trust, influencing without authority, giving meaningful feedback, making difficult decisions, and creating alignment across diverse teams. This is where I continue to invest my time. I enjoy mentoring emerging leaders, speaking on leadership and organizational effectiveness, and exploring how AI can help leaders think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and build stronger organizations. I'm particularly passionate about helping technical professionals develop the confidence and judgment needed to lead in increasingly complex environments.
