About Me

Technology and business transformation executive with 20+ years of experience and 13+ years in Director and Head roles across biopharmaceutical, technology, telecommunications, financial services, airline, and healthcare organizations. I work at the intersection of business strategy, technology, operating-model transformation, global capability centers, shared services, process improvement, and customer experience. My focus is turning complex business needs into practical roadmaps, scalable capabilities, stronger service performance, and measurable business outcomes. Throughout my career, I have built and scaled technology and service-delivery organizations at Koch Industries, AstraZeneca, Oracle, Perot Systems, and other multinational companies. I have also led platform rationalization, automation, service-quality improvement, operating-model redesign, and global transformation initiatives using technologies and methods including AI/ML, bots, IoT, Agile, Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma. Three principles shape how I lead:- Clarity before complexity.- People before platforms.- Discipline enables innovation. My areas of focus include: • Technology and business transformation strategy • Global Business Services and shared-services operations • Technology capability-center design and scaling • End-to-end process and service improvement • AI-enabled automation and operational modernization • Customer experience and service-quality transformation • Technology investment, CAPEX/OPEX, and performance governance • C-suite alignment and cross-functional change leadershipI advise leadership teams navigating technology inflection points, while also being open to executive opportunities where I can build, transform, and scale global capabilities.
