Chief Sustainability Officer | Regenerative Leader | Consultant

About Me

As a Chief Sustainability Officer, Regenerative Leader, and Consultant, I work at the intersection of ecology, strategy, and systems transformation to help co-create a thriving, naturally abundant future. Over the past decade, I have studied and practiced regenerative design across a wide range of ecosystems, from the high deserts of New Mexico and the temperate rainforests of Cascadia to the tropics of Central America and beyond. This journey has taken me through farms, retreat centers, educational institutions, and diverse communities, all in pursuit of one enduring question: How do we restore our relationship with nature, and each other, through thoughtful design and collaborative action? In an era of accelerating change, I believe our greatest opportunity lies in the power of networks, mutual support, Indigenous wisdom, and regenerative systems thinking. I am passionate about partnering with organizations and communities ready to move beyond extractive paradigms and cultivate resilient systems that generate ecological health, social wellbeing, and lasting impact.
