Rather than seeing HR as a support function, I have always approached it as a strategic lever for improving business performance through leadership, organisational design and people. Having worked in large international organisations such as Nordea and SiriusPoint, as well as in owner-driven environments like Nordstjernan and Indutrade, I have developed the ability to quickly understand different businesses, identify what drives performance and help leadership teams translate strategy into organisational capability.
