Led engineering on a crypto payments platform under some of the most demanding regulatory conditions in EU fintech — MiCA, DORA, Travel Rule, AML — with a core team that rarely exceeded four people. Documented well and built it modular from day one. Not because we had resources, but because we didn't. When the rules changed, we changed one module. The architecture absorbed the regulatory churn so the team didn't have to. Alongside engineering, I ran pre-sales, sales, onboarding, and vendor negotiations — filling gaps and staying close enough to the business that technical decisions carried commercial weight. Lean team, moving targets, still shipped.
