I am dedicated to managing the complete employee lifecycle—from pre-onboarding to offboarding and everything in between, for Spain and other Remote locations. My role also involves coordinating all aspects of employee relocation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and facilitating a seamless transition for new hires across various locations. In addition to my operational duties, I am deeply involved in fostering employee engagement and maintaining a positive work environment. This includes organizing events, coordinating team activities, and acting as a cultural ambassador on the ground.
