Developed a custom Transportation Management System (TMS) with cash-on-delivery support to streamline the fulfillment delivery lifecycle. Standardized groupwide collaboration by migrating from Microsoft 365 to Zoho Suite, integrating CRM, ads, SEO, and sales flows across brands.
