I diagnose business and growth problems for small and mid-sized companies and startups, define the options and success measures, and review implementation. Client teams and specialists handle the day-to-day execution. Selected work: • Artopad, US / Canada / UK — launched a product with no prior sales history on a $10,000 total budget; approximately 800 orders and 2,000 units in three months, with under 1% returned. • Avagro, Turkey — led a two-month US market-entry assessment that recommended against entry and redirected investment to Europe and Africa before an estimated $450,000 in first-year US entry costs were committed. • Westlake Village Hospice, California —prepared successful marketing strategy for highly restricted advertising category. • Elomia, AI mental-health product — rebuilt targeting around user state and intent rather than demographic identity; customer acquisition cost fell 70%. • Intempo, B2B SaaS — repositioned the product from a recruiter alternative to plug-and-play team support; demo bookings increased 52% in four weeks and bounce rate fell 38%. • US debt-resolution practice — rebuilt acquisition around one primary channel and scaled lead volume to more than 3,000 per month at under $1 per lead, requiring a 24/7 call centre and five-person sales team to handle demand. I do not sell ad-account management, ongoing content production or systems maintenance. My work is diagnosis, decision support, implementation structure and verification.
A US marketplace connecting HVAC and appliance technicians with ready-to-buy jobs. Research showed technicians were already paying roughly $180–$200 per lead to an incumbent many of them openly complained about. Built and ran the acquisition system from research through active campaigns. In the first full month, it generated 127 technician leads on $808.89 in spend, with regional CPL ranging from $4.70 in Maryland to $12.19 in New Jersey. The most useful finding came from the creative test: the ad with the highest click-through rate produced the weakest commercial result. It attracted technicians who clicked but did not go on to subscribe. I continue to advise the company on the sales workflow, notification system and platform rebuild.
A biotech company founded by veterinary scientists, selling canine cryopreservation and genetic validation to three very different audiences: breeders, veterinary clinics and dog owners. Led the website from brief to handover in about two months: defined the concept and structure, translated the scientific offer into customer-facing positioning, selected and managed the designer, reviewed the work and took the project through delivery. The core messaging challenge was making the same science relevant to three audiences with different concerns. I framed the proposition around what each customer gets and why it matters, while keeping the underlying science credible and precise. I have continued advising the founder informally since the project ended.
