I sit on boards at moments when the way of deciding needs to evolve, when perspectives within the room diverge, complexity makes the path forward unclear, and alignment becomes the real challenge. That is where I contribute most. Having built and scaled technology companies, backed startups as an investor, and now serving on boards navigating business transformation, I bring something to the table the ability to translate complexity into shared understanding, and to turn divergent perspectives into decisions that everyone around the table can actually stand behind. Currently, I serve as an Independent Board Director at LUCTA, a global industrial company operating in over 100 countries, where I am also member of the Nomination Committee, and at MASTERTECH SCR. I also serve on the governing boards of key business institutions, including Tech Barcelona, Círculo Ecuestre, and BIGBAN Investors, contributing to the dialogue between established corporations, entrepreneurs and investors. Within the boardroom, I focus on what I call Board Diplomacy, not a methodology, but a discipline: creating the conditions for constructive dialogue, helping boards deconstruct complex issues, and building sustainable consensus without compromising independent judgment. Rather than advocating specific solutions, I bring clarity where complexity holds back good decisions. My career has never stayed in one lane, CEO three times, builder of technology ventures, investor in startups, board director in industrial and financial organizations, and that combination is what allows me to contribute with the perspective of someone who has both executed strategy and governed it.
