They fail because they build for the sales pitch and the valuation story instead of the market segment actually paying them, then wonder why growth stalls. I've spent my career closing that gap at the product level and push the same narrative in the operations level. I am a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). My background spans fintech, auto lending, and insurtech, with hands-on work in SQL, Power BI, and AI-assisted product delivery and I most recently launched "Lets Talk" a prototype in the process of being funded to help parents connect with the children.
