Fractional CFO at a founder-led software company with the focus on organising financial systems, processes and preparing the company for sale.

In this role I worked closely with the Group CFO and the Board of the company in FP&A matters, budgeting, monthly compliance with the financiers, restructuring of the companies debt load.

I worked at PwC's Deals team in the Budapest and Helsinki offices. I was involved as a project lead in close to 50 corporate transactions in various industries. I gain a deep understanding of the renewable and technology sectors during this time.

Newport Capital is a Sydney, Australia based, boutique corporate finance advisory firm focused exclusively on the technology sector. In this role I worked with local entrepreneurs and senior management of large corporates in relation to M&A transactions and capital raising projects.
