I am a senior hospitality commercial executive and independent advisor with more than 25 years of international experience across Hyatt, Hilton, IHG and Marriott environments. I specialise in multi-property commercial strategy, revenue growth, budgeting and forecasting, international distribution, tour-operator contracting and owner–operator alignment. My recent leadership experience includes helping deliver RevPAR growth of more than 52% and RevPOR growth of approximately 16% across a Greek resort portfolio between 2023 and 2025. Through AGF Consultancy, I also support hotel owners, developers and investors with feasibility assessments, P&L modelling, asset repositioning, operator selection, commercial due diligence and investment preparation across international markets.
