About Me
Engineering leader with 20+ years building and scaling product and technology organizations across SaaS, distributed systems, cloud platforms, real-time systems, AI/ML, robotics, and mission-critical products. I’ve led organizations of up to 250+ engineers and built products and platforms at Amazon, Microsoft, Hitachi/Wenco, Sanctuary AI, Real Chemistry, and startups.
My work sits at the intersection of technical strategy, product engineering, and organizational leadership. I’ve built new teams and platforms from 0→1, modernized legacy systems, scaled global engineering organizations, improved reliability and delivery velocity, and coached senior engineers and leaders through periods of rapid growth and change.
More recently, I’ve been focused on how AI changes both products and the way engineering organizations operate. That includes production Agentic AI, LLM/SLM platforms, RAG, multimodal systems, MLOps/LLMOps, Voice AI, and human-in-the-loop workflows — as well as AI-native software development practices such as specification-driven development, AI-assisted architecture and implementation, automated testing, and faster feedback loops across the SDLC.
Across my career, I’ve repeatedly been brought into environments where the challenge was not only technical — it was creating clarity, structure, and execution. From building teams at Amazon, to leading a 120+ person global engineering organization at Wenco/Hitachi, to aligning multidisciplinary engineering at Sanctuary AI, I’ve focused on helping teams turn complex technology into reliable products and measurable business outcomes.
I’m most interested in Director of Engineering, Head of Engineering, VP Engineering, Platform Engineering, and AI/ML leadership roles where I can combine technical depth, team building, product execution, and engineering transformation.
