• Led a European multi-site operating model spanning planning, distribution, logistics, service-level management and external providers in a highly regulated life-sciences environment. • Improved OTIF from approximately 75% to 97%, inventory accuracy from 92% to 99.5% and productivity by approximately 18%. • Consolidated European distribution into a central competence centre and implemented standardised KPI, governance and performance-management structures. • Led ERP/WMS, outsourcing, network and process-transformation initiatives with Quality, Commercial, IT and Finance stakeholders.
