I’m a multi-time startup COO and former CEO who helps early- and growth-stage companies turn strategy into execution. I’ve led organizations from early product-market fit through scale and private-equity exit, with full P&L ownership and responsibility across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Experience. My background spans digital health, AI-native platforms, genomics, and enterprise SaaS, and I specialize in building the operating systems that allow teams to scale without losing focus or speed. Most recently, as Founder & CEO of LifeSpark Labs, I led commercial and product strategy for an AI-driven platform, conducting competitive landscape analysis, market sizing, and go-to-market design while securing enterprise pilot customers. Previously, I served as COO at InformedDNA and Blue Note Therapeutics, launching new categories (telegenetics and genomic benefit management), scaling enterprise healthcare businesses, and operating in highly regulated environments.
