1. Inventory Management: - Monitor and manage stock levels in European warehouses(around 10 warehouses) to ensure efficient and timely deliveries fulfillment towards our customers in differents countries. - Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. - Collaborate with warehouse contacts to ensure smooth receptions from Dicastal plants and deliveries to our customers. 2. Communication with HQ: - Communicate every week with the HQ in China to provide updates on inventory status, customers new forecasts, sales trends, and anticipated demand. - Collaborate with production planning teams at the HQ to align production schedules with forecasted needs. 3. Forecasting and Planning: - Analyze the trends, evaluate the firm orders and past deliveries in regards to the previous forecasts. Detect abnormal variations that could lead to stock shortage and put customers own production at risk. - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to limit the obsolete quantities at end of life of some projects. 4. Data Management and Reporting: - Proficiently use Excel and other relevant tools to maintain and analyze data related to inventory levels, sales, and forecasts. - Collect forecasts and firm orders from both the OEM and tire fitters which are acting as tier 1 through the EDI, Excel, customers web portals or email communications. - Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement. 5. Ensure deliveries and coordinate trucks booking: - Help to solve any paperwork issue blocking a truck delivery (proforma invoice, packing list or EUR.1). - Book trucks with the forwarding partner for some deliveries from the EU warehouse to the customer - Monitor the pace of empty packaging return from the tire fitters to the EU warehouse and address any potential shortage risk because of lack of packaging. - Support HQ to arrange trucks back from EU warehouses to Dicastal plants.

- Support & help division's plants in achieving Business Group goals (Master Data - MPM) - Assist factories in optimizing inventory management. - Monitor procurement commitments for factories on SAP ( Reliability of MRP) - Optimize production plans by analyzing customer EDIs. - Mappings suppliers based on factories and references using Power BI Thesis: “How to enhance the reliability of the Master Production Schedule (mPs) for a multi-site automotive company facing unpredictable sales & operations planning (sop) due to the health and geopolitical crisis”

- Implementation of the Material and Information Flow Analysis (MIFA) for a production line(VSM) - Optimization of efficiency and productivity for this production line. - Industry 4.0 project for process digitalization. (PHP & SQL)
