About Me

I work in learning and organizational development, with experience across HR, L&D, career development, and change initiatives in corporate and academic settings. Much of my work has focused on understanding development needs, designing learning journeys and programs, and facilitating learning and reflection with individuals, teams, and managers. I am not a traditional instructional designer, and my experience is less about producing large volumes of e-learning content and more about sense-making, learning architecture, facilitation, and advisory work. I am comfortable working in flexible, fractional contexts where organizations need help clarifying learning needs, shaping development initiatives, or strengthening learning practices as they grow.
